Orders & Shipping
Most orders ship within 1–2 business days and arrive within 5–7 business days domestically. You’ll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
Yes — we offer free shipping on all orders over $60. Orders under that amount have a small flat shipping fee calculated at checkout.
We start preparing orders quickly, but if you reach out within 2 hours of placing your order, we’ll do our best to update or cancel it before it ships.
Currently we ship within the United States and Canada. We’re working on expanding to more regions soon — join the Naptuno Club to be notified first.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and link. You can also check order status anytime from your account.
Products & Usage
Apply the patch to a clean, dry area of skin — your wrist, arm or shoulder — about 30 minutes before bed. Gently peel it off in the morning after you wake up.
Each patch is designed to work through a full 8-hour sleep cycle, releasing its calming ingredients gradually overnight.
Yes — our patches are non-habit forming and safe for nightly use as part of your regular bedtime routine.
Sleep Patches deliver calming ingredients through the skin overnight, Eye Pads use gentle self-heating warmth to ease tension around the eyes, and Nasal Strips help open airways for easier breathing while you sleep. Many customers use them together as a full bedtime ritual.
Absolutely — aroma stickers can be placed on your pillow, blanket or sleepwear on their own to add a calming scent to your space anytime.

Yes. All our products are drug-free, dermatologist tested, and non-habit forming, made from biodegradable materials and non-toxic adhesives.
Yes — Naptuno products are 100% cruelty-free. We never test on animals, at any stage of development.
Our patches and pads are dermatologist tested and made with gentle, skin-safe adhesives. As with any new product, we recommend a small patch test first if you have particularly sensitive skin.
We always recommend checking with your doctor before introducing any new sleep or wellness product during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
Returns & Refunds
We offer a 30-night rest guarantee. If you’re not happy with your Naptuno products, contact us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

For hygiene reasons, opened sleep patches and eye pads don’t need to be returned — just let our team know and we’ll process your refund directly.
Once your return is approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Naptuno Club is completely free to join — just sign up with your email and start unlocking member perks right away.
